16 is young thats why i wanted to get your permission to use those as some of my first tattoos.i picked your tattoo designs because they are different from everyone else and plus im getting the first one of these for my 17th birthday (june 2nd) so i have a min beforei get it. And if its alright with you can i change the design a bit?
